1. Introduction

TekAdept, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the NekoFrolic mobile application (the "Service"), a peer-to-peer pet camera. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use NekoFrolic. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

NekoFrolic does not require account registration. We collect the following categories of information:

• Camera & Microphone: Used to establish a live video and audio session between your two paired devices. This stream is sent directly between the devices (peer-to-peer) and is not recorded or stored by us or on our servers.
• Pairing Data: Devices are paired by scanning a QR code; the camera is used to read that code. We do not retain the pairing information after a session ends.
• Usage Data: Interactions, session duration, and in-app events collected via analytics services.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network information.
• Crash & Diagnostic Data: Error logs and crash reports collected to improve app stability.

3. Peer-to-Peer Video

NekoFrolic uses WebRTC to connect your devices directly. Video and audio travel between your devices and are not viewable by us. To establish a connection, devices may exchange network information through standard STUN/TURN signaling servers; this is used only to set up the connection, not to access your media. Sessions are time-limited and end automatically.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data under their own privacy policies:

• Analytics: Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — collects usage and behavioral data.
• Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — collects diagnostic and crash data.

NekoFrolic does not display advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To establish and maintain peer-to-peer video sessions between your devices
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• To analyze usage patterns and improve features
• To diagnose technical problems and fix crashes
• To comply with legal obligations

6. Children's Privacy

NekoFrolic is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 8. Data Retention

Live video and audio are never stored. Analytics and diagnostic data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

9. Security

Peer-to-peer media is encrypted in transit. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
