1. Introduction

TekAdept, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ShuffleUp mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use ShuffleUp. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

ShuffleUp does not require account registration. We collect the following categories of information automatically:

• Usage Data: Game interactions, session duration, feature usage, and in-app events collected via analytics services.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Crash & Diagnostic Data: Error logs and crash reports collected to improve app stability.

3. Camera

ShuffleUp uses your device camera only to scan a QR code to join a game. Camera images are processed on-device in real time and are never stored or transmitted.

4. In-App Purchases

ShuffleUp offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). TekAdept, LLC does not collect, store, or process your payment card information. Purchase records may be shared with us by the platform in aggregate or transactional form to fulfill your purchase.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data under their own privacy policies:

• Analytics: Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — collects usage and behavioral data.
• Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — collects diagnostic and crash data.

ShuffleUp does not display ads and does not use advertising networks or advertising identifiers. Gameplay messages are relayed through our server (Linode) and card art is served via a CDN (Cloudflare); these process data transiently and do not store personal information.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service

• To diagnose technical problems and fix crashes
• To comply with legal obligations

7. Advertising

ShuffleUp is ad-free. We do not display advertisements, do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), and do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

ShuffleUp is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 10. Data Retention

Analytics and diagnostic data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
