TekAdept, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VendorBliss mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), a B2B platform connecting vendors and business buyers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect business and personal information provided through the Service. By creating an account or using VendorBliss, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account & Business Information (provided by you):

• Name, business email address, and password (stored as a secure hash)
• Company name, business address, and industry
• Contact information for your business profile
• Profile details you choose to add (logo, descriptions, product/service listings)

Transaction & Usage Data (collected automatically):

• Purchase and order history on the platform
• Messages and communications between buyers and vendors (stored to facilitate transactions)
• Feature usage, session data, and in-app events via analytics services
• Device type, OS version, and app version
• Crash and diagnostic data

3. Payments & Financial Information

VendorBliss facilitates B2B transactions. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). TekAdept, LLC does not store full payment card numbers or bank account details. We may retain transaction records (amounts, dates, parties) for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Analytics: Firebase Analytics or equivalent — usage and behavioral data.
• Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics or equivalent — error and diagnostic data.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TekAdept, LLC, our users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal profile data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance (e.g., financial records, which are retained for 7 years per standard accounting practice). Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

8. Children's Privacy

VendorBliss is a B2B platform intended for business users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18. If we learn we have such data, we will delete it promptly.

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; and (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
